Secret ingredient = Sweet white wine vinegar of Modena. It's not the cheapest item at the grocery store, but it will keep forever in the refrigerator, and 1 bottle will be good for right around 1,340 gallons of canes sauce. Add about ½ tsp. Also ? instead of ½ cup ketchup, a little more worcestershire spell-check sauce, and 1 tsp water. It tastes exactly like, yet slightly better than, Cane's sauce. I call it Co-Cane's sauce.

Followed original, added 2 dashes of sugar to cut mayo taste, 25 light dashes of Worcestershire, approx. 2 tbsp ketchup, 3 dashes of garlic salt, and a/b tested until pepper consistency mirrored actual canes sauce

Hi all. Just tasted this sauce for first time and my guess was mayo with ketchup and a wee bit of Bbq sauce for kick. Keep in mind that basic ingred for Bbq sauce are ketchup, Brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and few +\- other ingredients. While I haven’t tried this recipe it sounds pretty close to what I tasted in the actual sauce. Just tweak to your own personal likes!
